Organizations

An organization is a group of users who collaborate.

An organization can operate in two different contexts: independently, or as a member of a network.

An independent organization can

• Register an application

• Use an application developed by another organization

• Join or create networks

As part of a network, an organization can:

• Share resources or profiles with the network

• Access a resource that has been shared with the network

• Access profiles (and their information) that have been shared with the network.
